Coppertree Village Apartamentos

Searching for affordable community that allows me easy access to the metro line off Interstate 45 has been really hard. Coppertree recently was renovated and has afforded me this opportunity. I can get to work in no time. The property is well lit, so when I leave early in the morning it is not dark. I love the vintage aesthetics of the units. I have a den in my unit with large windows

Its June 26th 2017 9:48pm the lights have been off since Sat 24th at 10:30 am management has not helped us in any way. The living conditions are horrible and its over 90 degress in my apartment. No air lights hot water gas or anything. Management has not offered us any ice water drinks are anything everyones food has unthawed and they are not even replacing it. Yet when the first of the month comes they will want you to pay rent. This situation is truly sad and Coopertree needs to be shut down... asap! Lee mas

I've lived here two years and hate it. There's way too much drama people are always shooting or fighting. The office staff isn't helping on anything. Work orders are never filled I'm currently waiting for one I requested seven months ago. New management same bad situations they need to be closed down very bad bed bug issues.

Too much shooting. Police there all the time. I am ready to move.
