Not Luxury… Just Poorly Made
These are NOT luxury apartments, these are poorly made apartments. They lure in with the esthetic of the place, because they do after all look nice, however the materials used to build the place is far from luxury.
You can hear EVERYTHING from outside and I don’t live on the main street, which is N. Shepherd. The window and door sealing of the place are horrible. If you have a dog there is only ONE walkable exit gate in the entire complex, which is located in the front of the building,... therefore everyone just walks their dog inside the gate and it causes there to be a strong urine smell every time you leave the building.
Unless you’re living on the top floor good luck! I can hear every single place my upstairs neighbors walk (EVERY SINGLE PLACE), when they drop something, when their office chair is rolling, when they open and close dresser drawers, when they close ANY cabinetry in the apartment and when the water is draining from them flushing the toilet or the shower draining.
I’ve written the office multiple emails and sent a video about my upstairs neighbors noisiness during odd hours; the staff has ignored my emails each time by not responding and I’ve had to physically go in the office to ask if they received my email. Each time the staff tells me they are going to send a notice to my upstairs neighbors, but I highly doubt they do.
I DO NOT recommend moving here if you want peace and quiet when you come home.
