Pool Parties
When you move here, prepare for loud pool parties every day of the summer that go on well in to the night. Parking is weird. Someone parked in my original space so I got a new parking space, turns out the person ever assigned that to me even though we talked about it on the phone. Almost got towed. Finally have a new parking space. But I’m still being charged for two parking spaces.
If you’re on the first floor, you can hear your neighbor upstairs toilet flush. Every single time they go to the... bathroom. I put in a request to get my hot water fixed in the beginning since I moved here they came out and worked on it it still has not been fixed.
Honestly, I could deal with everything except the loud pool parties every single day and night. It starts early in the afternoon and goes on well into the night. During the summer, it happens Monday through Sunday. During the fall or the spring it happens every weekend. Also, the fire alarm goes off randomly. One time I was woken up in the middle of the night because the fire alarm went off. Just recently the fire alarm went off during the middle of the day.
This property is not bad, the pool parties just make it unbearable. Maybe if I didn’t live by the pool, it would be better. Will not be renewing my lease at this time.
I honestly am waiting for my lease to be up so I can move. It was a nice beautiful apartment. Unfortunately it’s just not worth it.
