Disappointing Luxury
The Hayworth: Disappointing Disorganization Disguised as Luxury
My experience at The Hayworth Apartments fell far short of the "luxury" image they project. Here's why:
Walk-in Woes: I arrived at 2 pm on a Saturday, eager to tour the property. However, Melanie, who greeted me, was completely unwelcoming. She curtly informed me they don't accept walk-in tours, despite the leasing office hours clearly stating Saturday availability on the door.
Probing for Information: To get any kind of... information about a future tour, I had to pry it out of her. Apparently, Jade, the only person supposedly on-site, wasn't even there!
Misleading Communication: Two emails I received beforehand made no mention of a no-walk-in policy. Adding to the confusion, the signage on the door clearly states weekend leasing office hours, yet Melanie insisted they only operate on Saturdays.
Inconvenient Scheduling: The only tour slot Melanie offered was on Monday at 1:30 pm, a far cry from the immediate service one would expect from a luxury apartment complex.
The entire experience felt like a dismissive runaround. If this is how they treat potential residents, I can only imagine how frustrating it might be to actually live there. If you're looking for a truly luxurious living experience with professional and accommodating staff, The Hayworth might not be the place for you. There are better options in Houston that value your time and treat you with respect.
