So far, my overall experience at this apartment complex has been mostly positive. The apartment itself is nice, and everything generally seems to be in good condition. There are a couple of minor issues, specifically with the shower and the oven, but nothing major so far.
Unfortunately, the biggest downside has been the customer service from the leasing office. Communication has been extremely poor. It has been difficult to get clear answers to questions, phone calls often go unanswered, and... when contact is made, the assistance provided is limited and unhelpful. The lack of responsiveness and follow-through has been frustrating and disappointing, especially when trying to resolve basic concerns.
Overall, the living space itself has potential and is fairly comfortable, but the customer service experience significantly impacts the overall impression. With improved communication and more attentive service from the leasing office staff, this could be a much better experience.
