Mac 4460 Apartamentos

The rent is affordable here and the staff is very helpful but unfortunately the hallways and stairwells are really dirty and due to residents not being clean it has caused the hallways to smell and leave stains or substances on the floor of the hallways. There is also mold in the apartments which has lead to cause in issue with mold in the fridge as well.

I love Mac4460, for my first apartment it definitely was a great way leadway into adulthood. I wasn’t thrown into the wolves because it’s a good neighborhood , the community is pretty much college students that are socia. The amenities are pretty nice and you’re surrounded by things you need and no more than a 10 minute ride to most places.

Mac is quite an affordable apartment to live in as a student. And it’s very close to my campus. So this is a really good apartment for me as a student

I love it here, they are very helpful and understanding. Anytime I need help with anything they are always there to help out and make sure everything is okay with me and my apartment. BEST APARTMENTS!!!
