This apartment complex opened to the public in earlier this year so it’s relatively new. The amenities are amazing but we haven’t had a chance to enjoy the pool much, it doesn’t seem to get cleaned often. Tenants are not cleaning up after their pets. In the last 4 months, 2 cars had all four wheels stolen and left sitting on cinder blocks in the garage. They claim to have security but you see them every once in a blue moon or they are sitting in the lobby not patrolling the garage. And there... have been several instances where one side of the building loses power and you have to find your way through pitch black hallways using your phone flashlight. You still get charged for the Living Valet even though they don’t pick up your trash during the week the electricity is off. Their Resident portal provides you with a link to sync your back account but it populates incorrect numbers so you pay an extra fee & go through the hassle of manually inputting the correct account information.
