Park at Clear Lake Apartamentos

The new appliances are super cute and it match well with the flooring. Very spacious. The front office workers are extremely nice and welcoming. They enjoy helping in any way that they can. Maintenance is great as well. They come ASAP and get their job done. Everything is perfect except the laundry room. The things where you pay don’t work, the dryers don’t work and some of the washers leave clothes soaked, but That’s fine because there’s a laundromat 3 mins up the street.

The renovations definitely caught my eye. It is so pretty inside & I have so much space! & New appliances!! They are super cute!!! The office is AMAZING on the other hand. They always get my service requests done super fast & the leasing staff is so friendly. I have never had a bad conversation with the girls. Definitely recommend this place.

I have been a resident at The Park At Clear Lake for almost 4 years. They are great at getting maintenance issues resolved and keeping the property clean.
The staff is amazing and always welcome renters with a smile and a solution.
The complex is in a great location. Just close enough to the local restaurants and shopping mall, to make those trips, quick and easy. Also, located close enough to I45 to make commuting to the city less of a hassle.
They are remodeling the apartments with the... most updated look and style.

The residents feel like family, as there are many of us that have lived there for multiple years.

For the price you're paying, they're good apartments. I'm a first time renter and the leasing office has been more than helpful with everything I've needed along the way. I'm constantly calling and asking questions or going in and asking for explanations and never once have they gotten mad or upset. The only complaints I have is that sometimes the pool feels really greasy and that the electricity bill is high during the summer. Other than that, I love my little apartment.

As is most apartments these days everything the owners do is cosmetic . The gutters are full of leaves and the rain water pours like a water fall onto the porch.These aparments are at least thirty yrs. old nothing has been done to improve the insulation , so electic bills are high even for a one bedroom apartment. The a-c system is old and not cleaned thus they are inefficient.
