BENEFIT PACKAGE NOTICE: Each property has a resident benefit package, details of which are available upon approval. Monthly administration fees for each property are assessed between $35.00 and $150.00 per property. Certain properties require fees for mandatory lawn care services. LIABILITY INSURANCE NOTICE: All tenants are required to maintain Liability Insurance in the minimum amount of $100,000.00 during the lease term. If the tenant fails to maintain the Required Insurance coverage, Landlord will purchase such insurance and charge the cost of the insurance with an administration fee to the tenant.
