Takes forever to fix anything in home. Dirty water coming out of pipes in kitchen,tyb and sinks. Didnt fix it. Will take your while deposit even if e everything is clean. Flooded area didnt help anyone with rent.

They charge for no reason flood came had no type of help down stairs residents suffer mostly off rent. Park is messed up has broken parts across from an bayou with snakes, kinda of not safe , but overall it is not what you would really like pools always dirty.

There are little to no visitor parking spaces for your family/friends that come to visit. In total we’ve had relatives cars towed 4 times. You’re only given 2 parking permits, shouldn’t it be three if you have a 3/4 bedroom apartment? We’re paying monthly for an extra parking permit for our third car. The property is NOT clean, maintenance rolls a trash bin that leaks all through the property and it’s gross! Neighbors are loud, no respect for others. Everything is money, from the parking spot to... even having to pay the property to have the cable company install a satellite. The pool doesn’t seem to have the proper equipment to maintain it, runs on a hooked hose filtration system and it seems that it can’t keep up with that size of pool. Not sure how this property has 3 stars on this website. Lee mas
