The rent amount is never the same from month to month. There are always some type of extra charges to the rent and even if you don't use the trash services you're charged, which is unreal.

Apartments are overall ok. They try to keep the outside decent. But, inside have alot of water leaks damages, cars broken into Alot. Cameras barely works.

I have lived hear for 24 years, that should say something for the satisfaction of living here, no break ins or police called yet.
