You pay for what you get.
I personally moved her because it seemed great, price was decent, area is not that great. In my first 2 weeks I had problems. When I moved in they made sure to take my months rent but did NOT turn on my how water, all of a sudden they did not have the piece to connect my washer and dryer (so basically it was not ready to ("move in") like she told me.
Here am 2 weeks later trying to get them to come out and check my ac and fridge "maintenance" that is a must I have a young child and all his lunch... for the week went bad. I can not afford 2 grocery trips... I made 2 request to have it checked. If you are by yourself this is a good starter apartment, not a place to have your family in if they can not maintain the things we pay for month to month.
