The Essex House in Highland Village is truly a standout community. From the moment you arrive, you notice how well-maintained and spotless everything is—cleanliness here is clearly a top priority. The grounds and common areas are always pristine, which makes the whole environment feel welcoming and peaceful. One of the things I appreciate most is how quiet it is; it’s the perfect balance of comfort and calm, making it easy to truly feel at home.

The amenities are another huge plus. Whether it’s... enjoying the pool, fitness facilities, or other community perks, everything is designed to enhance the living experience. On top of that, the management team goes above and beyond. They’re friendly, responsive, and always willing to help, which makes daily living so much easier. Very nice community! Enjoy the amenities, grounds, and security. Gates are always working well. Plenty of cameras. Looking forward to new amenities in the coffee shop or gym.

Leasing office staff are very helpful. Maintenance people come within 24hours of service request. It’s been 2 months and the experience have been good so far.

I’ve had a great experience living here so far. The leasing staff has been friendly and responsive whenever I’ve had a question or maintenance request, and any issues have been resolved quickly. The community feels safe, the grounds are clean, and there’s plenty of parking available. I really appreciate the amenities like the gym, pool, and package lockers — they’re well-maintained and super convenient.

I enjoy the Essex house. The maintenance is quick and friendly, staff is helpful, and the pool and grounds are beautiful. Parking is plentiful. Central market access from pedestrian gate. My only suggestion would be to update gym and the coffee shop. Otherwise I recommend to all!
