I had such a good experience from the apartment tour, to securing an apartment to moving in. All thanks to Acacia who was super helpful, friendly and professional. She’s made this move simple, easy and the best choice to live at the Ivy.

New Tennant, enjoying the ease of access to the secure parking garage; the optionality to use the kitchen or the outdoor porch bar-b-que grill, both gas fired; pleasantly surprised to have the high ceilings, both indoor and outdoor; generally clean and quite hallways; accessibility to the office management; and pleased to see the security monitoring the parking garage.

Verified Renter

The only issue I have is after my car was broken into while in the garage, there was no real effort to help, pull security cameras and assist with the police report. Even the patrol cart, who literally was on the same floor as the car pulled away (yes I actually was walking towards the car when the alarm went off) did absolutely nothing except to talk to the office and give hin a copy of the police e report. Thousands in damages and not a thing done to help. It was more an effort to keep the... info quiet.

Other than that, I’ve absolutely enjoyed my time here. The staff has been amazing and the walkability of the area makes this a perfect location.
