Great place

Just signed my third year lease. The management here is the best. The place is quiet and quick with maintenance. Never thought twice about leaving.

Great Place to live

I have been here for over 3 years and just love the property! We have a nice pool with grills. Maintenance is really good. Front office staff is very friendly. We have a nice dog park our property stays very clean. Anybody would love to call his place home.

Excellent Customer Service

This property is great in all aspects. Raquel is amazing to work with when looking for an apartment. She goes above and beyond to make sure your every detail and request is being met. Her follow-up is incredible and she cares about her tenants. If you are looking for an apartment I suggest you call Raquel at The Palms at Clear Lake TODAY!!!

Price is too much for what you get

Walls are extremely thin, floors are squeaky, response time to issues is slow or non-existent, parking is not good, and loud neighbors. The price is too expensive for what you are actually renting. Not worth it.

Amazing staff, amazing property

The Palms are an incredible apartment living experience. I was placed in a horrible position through no fault of my own, a landlord backed out of a lease she had never signed on line, although I had. I asked that two repairs be done and she backed out after we had moved in. I went to the Palms with little time to move AGAIN, twice in one week, and Celeste was amazing. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff or maintenance . All minor maintenance issues were resolved in one or two days....
