Poor management
When I moved into my new apartment, I had to wait for the keys to be made and Kenwood hired cleaning people to clean the apartment the day I moved into it. I wasted a half day waiting until 3:00 p.m. to move all of my furniture. If I move into a new place then the morning the apartment opens is when i should receive my keys and the apartment already cleaned prior to move in date. Also, the first day I moved in I got my package stolen. If an apartment has to use a third party like Fetch to ensure... your packages are delivered to your apartment then it’s obvious there is a stealing problem.
