Just moved in and it’s just as beautiful as the photos! Amenities are great and the people are wonderful. BEWARE the train is like five blocks away and has woken us up at 4am with its honking. I didn’t know this would be an issue so wanted to let everyone know. I’m on the side closer to the tracks which might by why I hear it but it’s so loud I wouldn’t be surprised if everyone in the building heard it.

The Westcott is a perfect apartment home for business professionals and families. The maintenance staff are amazing! The location next to Memorial Park is perfect.

I would say the only thing lately this apartment complex is known for is the breaks in and people cars being stolen. They claim to security however, it is very suspect. They are not notifying people that they are having this problem and you move in thinking everything is fine. No it is not. You are paying an arm and two legs for a supposed high class building. I am giving you all what was never given to me. A formal notice.

This place is filled with amazing people throughout! They are all extremely helpful and friendly! I am on my first full day and i already love it.

Clean and efficiently managed! Everyone is friendly, accommodating and helpful!
Security and privacy are wonderful! Parking is easy and accessible. Great location near Memorial Park.
