Walden of Westchase Apartamentos

My experience at Walden of Westchase is been pleasant for the last 4 years I have been living here. The stars have been the members of the maintenance team, whatever the time your place has an issue, they are knocking at your door within minutes, always willing, respectful, and ready to give a satisfactory solution to the issue you have going on at that very moment, thank you very much for everything you have done, I really do appreciate it.

Enjoy staying here. Nice employees and very friendly and helpful. I have been here 7 years and just renewed my lease because of the location and the shopping and restaurants. Great

Fantastic location! Quiet small community.
Excellent maintenance, but the new Manager is not fluent in english and it’s hard to understand. The water bill here is too high, it’s like you are paying a whole house., this is not fair for one person one bedroom apt.

The best experience in terms of apartment very clean no disturbance and nothing just perfect to live there. I have almost 3 years there and I am satisfied with everything

Es excelente. Un lugar muy tranquilo y agradable, los vecinos no dan problema y nunca se sienten ruidos ni escándalos. Se los recomiendo si quieren vivir en paz
