The neighbors (residents) and the local crew are very nice people. The management decisions have lessened the pleasant experience during the last year. After good response to the bad weather - replacing the fencing and getting rid of the downed trees - things have returned to a path of not fixing things or not maintaining aspects of the grounds. The grass has been let go. It gets cut, but it is no longer grass. It gets blown around and trimmed. But it is just short green weeds. Bushes that died... from lack of water sit there dead. The watering of the grounds used to be too enthusiastic - the watering continued even in the rain, but now there is no watering. iA down spout that fell down months ago was never replaced. The parking lot gate is broken and unfixed for weeks at a time. We love our apartment, but we wish whoever is making the decisions cared more.
