The Henry at Lake Houston Apartamentos

My husband and I are moving very soon. The new horrible office staff installed extra bright outdoor lights on all the buildings. Even with blackout curtains it shines directly into our bedroom window! These people care more about a fence than caring for their residents. During the blackout they only offered cold drinks and snacks at the office on a Friday after 8 days of no power! Plus we have to pay for all common area electricity! I hate it here now! WE ARE MOVING FAR AWAY!

I moved in about 4 months ago and the person on top of my apartment has no respect for others as far as noise complaints go. I went to the office several times, called several times, went to the neighbors apt, called the police, to advise that the person on top of my apartment allows there child to run, stomp, and jump all day; literally running from wall to wall, office staff never addressed the issue. I will NOT be renewing a lease or paying to stay another year to put up with neighbors who... live as if they are the only ones in the building and an office staff that’s does not enforce rules. The property is nice but the paper thin walls and noise from a neighbor above that had disregarded to common courtesy of others is horrible. Lee mas

The apartments are spacious, the amenities are very modern, gym facilities clean and neat ??. The noise levels are very low ??. I just recommend some form of security to monitor the parking areas as my vehicle has been vandalized twice within a year of residing here.

Super nice inside the apartment, terrible management and everything else.

I do not live there. I was emailed enrollment information from the property and welcoming me to the community having me think I was approved. They sent me emails to change my address, connect electricity, cable and nearest school information to enroll my son. All that was done and when I called the property to confirm my approval I was told by the property manager Veronica that I was denied. That’s extremely disappointing and upsetting since now I have to change everything I have completed. My... denial reason was out of my control and I explained that and was willing to show proof but Veronica wasn’t trying to hear it. I am a healthcare professional that has faced many challenges in the past few years and now can’t get a break at all. Your process is horrible and misleading. Lee mas
