Don’t move into these apartments—you will regret it.
We lived at Hidden Ridge Apartments, and it was one issue after another from the very beginning.
It took eight months just to get our fridge fixed. During that time, we were pressured into writing a good review, which we eventually deleted as more problems continued to surface.
The water was constantly being shut off, usually blamed on other residents’ carelessness. Instead of fixing the root issue, management simply told us to “conserve... water.” We had to store water in large containers just to flush the toilet—something that became a regular and frustrating part of daily life.
Maintenance was unresponsive, and when issues were addressed, they were usually patched up temporarily instead of being properly fixed. The gym equipment was almost always broken, and though some of the damage was from residents, the apartment staff never enforced rules or kept anything in working order.
Even the move-out process was unprofessional. A staff member made a loud comment about our departure in front of others, which lacked basic courtesy and discretion. Later, we were contacted with an unnecessarily rude tone demanding to know where the keys were—even though we had already returned them to another staff member. Once clarified, the attitude quickly changed, further revealing the poor communication within management.
The real issue here is the management—from unprofessional behavior and poor communication to a lack of accountability. It negatively affected every part of our experience living here.
We’ve since moved out, and based on our experience, we do not recommend Hidden Ridge Apartments to anyone. There are better places out there that actually value their residents and handle problems properly.
