Coffee machines always empty (or broken for months now), emails not answered by office in a timely manner (if at all) turnover is shockingly high for office staff, gates broken to garage at least twice a month. Nothing overall is bad, but could be better for the price we pay.

The custodian is wonderful and friendly and keeps this place clean. He's like, the best part. Gym is great. Could use a rowing machine and kettle bells though.

The move was seamless and Jasmin did an amazing job helping get everything set up perfectly for me! The apartment was thoroughly clean upon move in which was fantastic.

I like living in my townhouse, but outside of it,,,plaster coming off walls and ceiling, filthy garage and even visitors will say how drab it is. Someone really needs to breathe some life into it. I have complained about our cupboards since moving in. Just told they have trouble with the vendor. Do something about it!! Chips in the kitchen surfaces that have actually put holes in my shirts.

the outside of the complex need more maintenance ,some outside locks are broken. They must also replace some palms and plants that are dead - landscaping.Other apartments complex in the neighborhood look much better/modern- need some update.

This place is amazing! The staff are so friendly and helpful, maintenance is quick and efficient, location is near to all the best spots. I often ride the dart into Dallas for art shows and having a station just a quick 5 minute walk-away is the best. The amenities are great, they have a golf simulator room and a brand new pool table. The golf simulation room can also be used as a theatre room! Two resort style pools as well, everyone's always really polite and it's a great community. The best... part I've found is the noise control - this apartment is unique in that you can't hear your next door neighbors at all. You can only hear the people above you and even then it's only if they drop something incredibly heavy or something. The place is great - I highly recommend an apartment facing the pool if you can. The pool is so tranquil as background noise (I keep my windows open to hear it) and it's a great aesthetic view. This place is a great example of ' you get what you pay for ' - 5 stars Lee mas
