Get receipts and proof of EVERYTHING
I wasn’t going to leave a review because I’m not the kind of person to want to leave complaints, but here we go. It was great when we moved in, in 2021, but went completely downhill. We moved out November 2024.
Keep a copy of any and all paperwork and get proof of all interactions with any employee. You cannot take them at their word. We moved out on a Saturday, turned in our keys to the office. They told us we didn’t need to sign anything, we were good to go. And now they are coming back... trying to say we didn’t move out until the following Monday and charged us rent for those days.
Also, maintenance sucked while we were there. Our apartment wasn’t ready when we moved in. It was still dirty and had a leaky faucet. At one point our front door lock was loose. We had to call multiple times and it took a month for them to come fix it. We had a broken microwave handle that kept coming off but all they wanted to do was glue it back. We lived there 3 years and they never addressed our electrical problems we reported day 1. Our stove never worked right because of it. Parking was horrific. If you came in at night, good luck finding a spot. Some people even had to park in the street behind the complex because there would literally be zero spots that were not ones you had to pay for
