Mustang on the Trail Apartamentos

Too expensive! Unfortunately, the apt buildings are old and units are small. The unit I toured smelled of cigarette smoke and not very nice. Base rent high for quality of unit plus additional fees and an HOA fee!

Horrible The bugs is horrible maintenance don't follow up on their work I have a hole in the wall for 2 months that they never came to fix the carpets became damaged due to a spot cooler that leaked downstairs. So there is no padding underneath the carpet. Did i mentioned the bugs. We stayed in Greens Point and never experienced the crap we do here. They have the most stupid setup you have to schedule a person to come out to spray. When it should be automatic until the tenant say there good.... And then on top of the bugs let call them what they are Roaches they moved us into an apartment when we were told we were getting a newly renovated apartment.. heck we might of stayed if that was the case and without the roaches. This have been 15 months of hell. Maintenance can do better. There is no QC person to check there work and the roaches hang out like the a roommate who we dont get rent from. Lee mas

ROACHES!!! They dwell in the walls… they crawl in your bed… they’re in your bathroom… THEY’RE EVERYWHERE!!! There is not enough pest control to get rid of the swarms of bugs that are hidden in the walls… I have never seen so many roaches in my entire life!!! I had all new furniture when I moved in here. The roaches have moved into the furniture. Just when you think you may have partially gotten rid of them, they walk across your floor like they’re your pet dog. furthermore management sucks. I... have never paid a late fee. I paid my rent on time every month yet somehow they have not repaired the damage that they have done to my apartment since my AC went out they pulled up my carpet, pulled the padding out said someone will be back to replace the padding after the floor dries and it’s been 2 1/2 going on three months since that happened furthermore they thought the AC problem was an electrical problem so they had my fuse box replaced and they replaced something in the wall by where the AC unit dwells now I have two holes in my wall that they have not come to repair the sheet rock in 2 1/2 almost 3 months as an on-time rent payer, I should’ve been first on the list to get repairs done yet. It seems like they’re waiting to see if I’m going to renew my lease before they do any repairs. My lease is up in two months and I guarantee you not one person is gonna show up to do the repairs at this point they can wait till I move and repair the whole apartment for the next person that they hustle out of their money. I’m highly disappointed with this apartment complex. It’s upkeep in the middle of nothing but residential areas where there are houses all around yet they have the nerve to have a roach infested apartment complex dead in the center. Such a shame and a waste of my money. Lee mas

Very good It was very good. The only thing that I had a problem with is, I applied for a apartment, but it took the wrong number than the one I wanted to apply for and it wouldn’t let me change it on the app.
