Nice Community
I had some issues with this place at first - and have continued to run into more as I’ve lived here, but it is affordable, all things considered. I am not a fan of the internet and cable offer they make you sign up for with your lease, but considering there’s not much signal otherwise - I’ll take what I can get.
The community is a nice area with walkable trails, that are unfortunately closed from dusk to dawn, but safety comes first. The apartment is close to everything, but still tucked away... in a neighborhood, leaving it to be decently quiet. There is currently construction noise from the school next door, but I’m hoping it’ll settle down when they’re done.
While I have been a bit taken aback by some of the things I’ve seen/heard/dealt with, I see the office make a genuine effort to make it habitable.
I’m personally a huge fan of the open floor plan in regard to the closet in the smaller room. Being able to see everything that way has been extremely helpful.
Honestly, you get what you get for the price here. Just make sure you keep up with the office on your application.
