Pines At Allen St Apartamentos

My experience at Pines at Allen has been anything but pleasant from move out to move in. Upon moving in, I was informed that the unit available to me was roach infested. Due to circumstances and time constrictions as well as the severity of the situation, I had to accept the move in. Let me state that I myself am a very clean individual so keeping the unit clean and doing what I can to reduce such an infestation was not going to be an issue for me. Once I moved in, I quickly realized how bad the... infestation actually was. I was welcomed by dead roaches both dead and living. There were also dead crickets around the unit as well as spiders and any other bug you can imagine. I did my due diligence of cleaning the unit which included sweeping, mopping, scrubbing appliances, and cleaning dead roaches out the freezer and the refrigerator. I found myself then laying boric acid around every wall and corner as well as the front and back porch in hopes that and as previously stated, that I could reduce the issue and make residing there more comfortable. However, I was still met with roaches crawling up the walls and around the counters when I cook, up the walls in the bathroom, falling out of vents when I turned the heater and AC on, large water bugs both dead and alive right in front of my front and back door, which made opening doors very uncomfortable even if I needed to check the mail or simply take the trash out. Not only were large bugs found in front of my own doors but they were rampant around the entire apartment complex. Cooking was the worst due to me not wanting to even put food or dishes in the cabinets because of roaches. I kept all of my pots and pans on the counter tops and had to wash them daily not knowing what may have crawled inside of them. My neighbors not only left food outside, around the ground and the stairs daily, but also would leave food around my front door. Speaking of neighbors, I rarely ever got a good night's sleep due to my upstairs and surrounding neighbors having large animals running around and barking all times of the night and day. At 2am it would sound as though I was living beneath a marching band or a high school drumline. I could not even begin to explain how loud, disruptive, and extremely aggravating it was on a daily basis. My issues did not stop there. This location is surrounded by tons of pines tree's, fairly quiet. I really enjoyed it.
