Norra Apartamentos

It’s a great community. There is just too much dog poop everywhere. It’s on the sidewalks. It’s in the grass and it’s in the rocks. It’s almost if you can not walk anywhere without there being dog poop.

Other than the bark park being too small for the size of this community and the lights that shine right into the apartments, everything is great.

I have been extremely impressed with the staff at Norra. They go above and beyond to ensure the cleanliness of the entire property, from the common areas to the outdoor spaces, which makes a huge difference in the overall living experience.

What really sets this place apart is how the staff genuinely interacts with the residents by hosting community events, they truly create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. It’s clear they care about making this a great place to live.
The amenities here... are also fantastic. The gym is well-maintained with plenty of equipment, the pool area is always clean and inviting, and the shared spaces like the lounge and work areas are perfect for relaxation or productivity. It’s a great balance of comfort and convenience.

Overall a good experience. The apartment itself is beautiful. The parking has been a struggle as well as the noise levels at times. I appreciate the discounted renewal rates and the quick responses from maintenance most of the time.

The apartment community offers a great balance of comfort and convenience, with modern amenities and well-maintained grounds. The staff are friendly and responsive, making the living experience even better. Definitely recommend.
