The office staff has originally was great, and now is charging me through the roof for things I was never notified 2 months post-move out
I loved living here until my apartment flooded and my entire bathroom wasn't usable for a whole month and I had maintenance men in and out of my house all day long. They would leave my apartment door open and unlocked while I was at work and would leave a mess every time never fixing the issue, and eventually, the apartment had me move to a new apartment in the complex. I argued to pay only half my next month's rent because of the damages to my furniture due to the flooding and for the... inconvenience of constantly having to come home from work to another mess and having strange random men in and out of my apartment the whole time. Once I finally got to a new unit and finished out my lease the front office staff was nice to me, but extremely behind on several things. We pay for bugs to be sprayed and our air filters to be changed and neither ever happened the whole time I lived there. Then once I was finishing my lease I asked for a checklist of move-out things to do and never received one. Then within an hour of me turning in my keys I was charged over $400 in random fees for things I either left in the apartment or that they didn't approve of, even though I asked about holes in the wall and several other things. I sent an email to management repealing the fees and never heard back for 2 solid months and then was told they never received my email and I still owed them. The management staff wouldn't even talk with me on the phone or email me back they just attached photos of my apartment and sent them back including random things that were never discussed. Extremely rude and unprofessional and I would NEVER live here again no matter how 'cute' these apartments are they do not take care of what's important at all. I also lived in a brand new apartment and there was still major plumbing issues for me and all the 5-6 neighbors around me and in the new unit they moved me to.
