Poor management and a rodent problem.
I've lived here for six months so far, having leased my unit for 15 months, which turned out to be a terrible mistake. I have seen six mice in my apartment since moving in, two of which are currently in my unit at the same time. I have called three times and put in three more work orders for pest control, yet they refuse to do more than lay a couple sticky traps and patch one hole beneath my sink (despite me saying the mice are mostly found on the stove). I have been told by members of... management that this is a normal problem that has no permanent fix, yet I refuse to believe it is normal for so many mice to infest a unit that they are leaving droppings on my countertops. Oh, and you're also expected to pay a $5/month pest control fee that presumably does nothing. Move in at your own risk.
