You will regret signing the lease if you move here. First, cellphone service is unrecognizable. The complex sits between rows of electrical power lines. These create what is called a magnetic field that block cellphone signals. If their corporate office and management would take the time and expense to research the problem they would know this for themselves. Second, there are currently 5 buildings that do not have fiber internet, leaving one with either no internet service (like we now have) or... old copper dial up service.
They will sell you on 'Non-smoking' residence, but you will be subject to the constant smell of marijuana. Third, the trash bays are always full. Why? Well again, if Management would take the time to record the events of the complex, they would notice a truck that trespasses onto the property each week and unloads their trash into the bins here. Which leads to the next grievance, there is no physical security on the premises. The side gates do not lock and the entrance gates are often open. Fifth, many occupants are noisy and disruptive, with constant running about.
Read the reviews, you will see that those who rate low are given the advice to contact the corporate office. EXCUSE ME, if I am the customer making a complaint don't you think it prudent to contact me and resolve the issue?

I am loving Regalia Mansfield and how you get rewards each time you are on time with your rent lol. but the fact I have to call on mantaince to fix stuff is what I am not enjoying.

I will say this I been here for years and the office staff is the best. They are prompt in every way and I can appreciate that because this isn’t normal here in Texas.

I have had an overall great experience and have been here 2 years. My maintenance issues were always handled in a timely mannner and I feel like the grounds have been kept clean.

Move-in was smooth and stress-free. The leasing office kept me updated every step of the way, paperwork was handled quickly, and keys were ready when promised. The apartment was clean and move-in ready, with everything in good working order. The staff was welcoming and answered my questions promptly, which made the whole process feel easy. So far, I’m impressed with how organized and professional everything has been.
