Timber Village I Apartamentos

If I could give this apartment complex a negative rating I would !! I would not recommend ANYBODY to move here. The property managers are rude and unprofessional!!! You will not get any of your maintenance request completed in a timely manner! The apartment complex is always nasty and full of trash. They find any reason to give out lease violations and if you move out expect something to have some sort of fee. The property was much better before Wilhot Property took over. Please keep looking... elsewhere before considering timber village. As you can see they are running specials every month because they are running their tenants away. Lee mas

These are in fair condition but the amenities are based on the office hours. Most people work Monday -Friday and would love to enjoy the pool and the little gym area. These are only available during business hours. This is more convenient for the office and not the community.

THE APARTMENT THAT I'M LIVING IN IS GREAT IT HAS WONDERFUL VIEWING AREA GREATMANAGEMENT A WONDERFUL POOL AREA GREAT PLAYGROUND FOR THE CHILDREN TO PLAY THE SCHOOL IS RIGHT DOWN THE STREET AND THE APARTMENT THAT I'M LIVING IN HAS A LOT OF ROOM SPACE FOR ME AND MY FOUR CHILDREN AND I REALLY LOVE LIVING HERE I WOULD HATE TO MOVE FROM HERE ANYTIME SOON I WOULD LOVE TO BE HERE ANOTHER YEAR OR EVEN LIVE HERE PERMANENTLY

The apartment complex is not what I expected. The management and maintenance is not the greatest. They are very slow about completing work orders. The tenants they move in to the community property are out of control and the managing staff totally ignore the complaints. They don't enforce a descent curfew for the children...its horrible. I am ready to move.
