Low quality, very slow to respond, do not have any value for tenants
Me and more gf moved in a little over a month ago and it was great until we started seeing a lot of roaches and gnats that will not go away. Not to mention since we moved in we’ve had a leak in our rr since we moved in and they will send the maintenance guy here to do the same thing every time and it drips right on us while we use the rr. I don’t doubt that it’s leaking in the walls…. Speaking of that all my cabinets and drawers in kitchen and rr produced mold on them and all they want to do is... have it cleaned by a non professional so I cleaned it myself which does not solve the issue at all seeing how it’s growing inside the wood even regional told the manager not to replace them! It’s already been two weeks and we can still smell the mold inside our ac vents which we was told there was suppose to be someone here to check them out and still nothing. We both are still sick and coughing I have lost my voice and everything. My next move is to call some health professionals and put in a complaint because the responsiveness to the mold and trying to get it done the right way is very unprofessional and makes us feel as if they can care less about our well being here. I have videos and photos of all it btw. And I tried avoiding this but maybe this will make them get it done the right way I will be calling regional back even tho they do not care either.

After walking your apartment several times, our team has been in contact with a vendor to... come address the mold situation and hopefully replace your cabinets. We sent out pest control last week to address this issue, however, you refused service. We also advised you to contact our emergency maintenance line, so our team would be able to discover the root of the problem, but never received a call or email. Residents’ comfort and satisfaction are our top priority, and we sincerely apologize for missing this mark. We will reach out to give you an update today on all items you mentioned.
