Excessively noisy.
The apartments exhibit a design flaw resulting in pronounced door closure noise, resonating throughout the entire living space. Despite the management's efforts to mitigate this concern, it persists as an inherent design flaw, creating a consistent disruptive experience. Moreover, matters pertaining to neighbor-related issues are addressed through community-wide warnings rather than direct communication with the involved parties. It is evident that the management prioritizes avoidance of... resident confrontation by relying on broadly disseminated warnings, which often go disregarded.

Ask for Jesse
We have lived here for 9 months and every time we put in a work order it is fixed within a couple of days. There is a large maintenance staff to meet the needs of the extra large property. i enjoy just walking the perimeter, its a lovely safe walk, and the grounds are very well kept. There is bar none no better property in the region that has better pet amenities, 3 dog parks. It makes you forget you are in Pasadena lol. Jesse that works in the office is super friendly and helpful. We toured... several properties, and spoke with lots of managing staff, he is just so friendly not just before you sign the lease even after..

Amazing Management!
Kelly and Richard made this move so easy! The office staff was so sweet and helpful as well, and took care of everything. Our last experience was terrible, didn’t have AC for 3 weeks during this heat wave and they made sure our apartment was completely taken care of. 10/10 experience, made an extremely stressful situation an easy transition.

Leasing office staff is RUDE and unprofessional
If I could give negative stars I would. The staff at this leasing office has made the application process a nightmare. There is NO communication among the office staff unless you finally get frustrated and ask to speak to management, then all of a sudden they learn how to communicate. This has been a horrible experience!!! I am just glad I found this out now, as opposed to after I signed the lease.

We have a dedicated team of professionals who work diligently to ensure that all applicants receive timely and thorough communication throughout the process. We understand the importance of keeping applicants informed and addressing any concerns promptly. It is not accurate to claim that there is no communication among our office staff unless prompted to speak to management. We encourage open communication at all levels of our organization. In fact, you received your denial on your application immediately, with detailed instructions on who to call for any disputes to your denial.
We take all feedback seriously, as it helps us improve our services. However, we have not been able to locate any records or evidence of a situation matching the description you provided. We would appreciate the opportunity to discuss your concerns in more detail so that we can better understand and address any issues you may have encountered.

Terrible
1. It took over a month for maintenance to fix our shower, and they kept saying orders were completed but they weren’t. So I had to keep submitting new orders.
2. We were told 30 day move out notice was enough to avoid fees. Then the office charged us over $1,700 because we didn’t give them a 60 day notice (we gave them 40ish days). So they lied, and I have to pay the consequences?
3. During the winter freeze, the power was lost for a couple days, and when the power came back, the sprinkler... pipes that ran up through the apartments leaked causing 2 inches of water to pool in all 3 floors of the corner apartments. There was water coming out of all the outlets and smoke detectors that were nearest the wall that had the sprinkler pipes in them. I had to go and buy a shop-vac to suck up all the water because I was told “it’ll take us an hour to get there” yet they showed up over 5 hours later. And maintenance said they’d come back and check for mold. They checked and cleared out the mold in the patio closet, and they said “we’ll be back within the week to check for mold inside the apartment” that was over 7 months ago. We still have water stains in the ceiling, we had one guy come a month or so after the incident to take pictures, and said they’ll fix it soon. They never did.
4. This apartment complex has the worst management staff I’ve ever encountered. They never seem to answer the phone during business hours. Half the time they aren’t even in the office.
5. And they brag about how they’re the top 5% apartments in the country. Ha. What a joke. The grounds have dog crap all over the place and no one ever picks it up, so it smells like literal crap every time I step outside. Half the time the gates don’t even work, so anyone can just enter. What’s the point in having the gates then?
They don’t care about the people who live here. They just want money, and they don’t care if they have to lie to get it. I will never recommend this place to anyone. This apartment complex charges too much to give such a terrible service to the people who live here
