They don’t fix nothing

My pantry is growing mold due to them never fixing my ac & my whole apartment is hot!!! My toddler & I be sweating in our sleep due to how hot it is & no matter how much I complain they just laugh & do nothing DO NOT MOVE IN THESE APARTMENTS AT ALL!!!!

Awful. Please read.

Horrible. The rats and roaches are everywhere. Every weekend, we have no hot water. I live in an apartment which the ceiling is peeling, the tile is broken everywhere, and rats have gnawed holes in the wall. They will tow you too!! Since we’ve lived here, our truck was stolen, and our cars have been towed 2 times. You can’t have anything on the porch or you will be fined. The rates increase without telling you and then they charge you late fees when you haven’t been informed of the increase.... The pools are never open and the laundry facilities don’t work. There is loud music all the time at night, and shootings have occurred. The apartments say call the police. Awful. Do not move here!!!!

GARBAGE APARTMENTS

Do NOT ever think of moving here the A/C NEVER works there is sewage EVERYWHERE I even have a leaking hole in my roof they never ever fix anything stray cats oh and just and OVERALL SENSE or danger here. TRUST ME THERE ARE WAY BETTER PLACES out there. You have been warned.

Don't even spend your money .

I'm so tired of living in these apts , its always something . Either we have no hot water , or we have no water at all !!! & when we do have water my bathtub & the sink facet are running all day & night !!! Which they have been aware of since BEFORE i moved in !! Now it seems to be causing mold on my wall due to the moisture in my bathroom 24/7 . My toilet has been broken for 5 freaking days but thats something that is considered an emergency so it should've been fixed that same day , I've... literally had no working toilet for almost a week !!! & today the maintenance man literally just came & looked at the bathroom , left & never came back ! Honestly if i could give these terrible apts NEGATIVE stars i would , i absolutely hate it here . I'm so close to reporting these apts to the better business bureau .

Please do not move here!

The maintenance is the worst. The manager is the worst! I moved in with NO a/c after they assured me it would be fixed BEFORE I moved in. It’s been 3 months and still not fixed. They come up with every excuse. They are the worst I’ve ever dealt with! Save your money!!!!
