So far, as a resident, my move in experience has been absolutely HORRIBLE. On the day that I picked up my keys and signed my lease; I found that my garage door did not work. A maintenance person came by the next morning and worked on it and said that it was fixed. And it did work - for a couple of days. On the day that I had some friends to help with my move; the garage door quit working again and we had to bring EVERYTHING in through the front door. And I have been bringing all my stuff in... through the front door since then because I gave notice at my old residence, and have to be out by a certain date. I pray that it is fixed by the time I get ready to move my big items because they may not fit through the front door, nor do I want to risk scratching the floor.
I hope this is not a sign of things to come.....
