Windsor Place Townhomes

Our first night was our first encounter with the roaches. I turned on the faucet in the kitchen and the bugs ran out of every crevice! Imagine my dismay at seeing bugs in the kitchen of the place we just signed a lease for. I got in contact with the manager immediately, she suggested that we had brought the bugs with us. My response was that isn’t possible since we hadn’t even brought in a single box. My family has lived with these bugs for the duration of our stay. We see roaches on a daily... basis. I have complained many times. The “bug guy” comes out occasionally and sprays something on the floor of the kitchen and the floor of the bathrooms and leaves. I have attempted to write emails to the property owner and later found out those emails just go straight to the office staff on site. So my complaints just go right to the people who have done nothing to correct the roach problem. This place is basically falling down around us and is held together with bubble gum and duct tape. The maintenance staff are not professionals and do not actually fix anything if they even show up at all. The last time I put in a ticket for our Ac they came out looked at it and basically told us he couldn’t fix it, that it’s old and to let it die if that was what was going to happen. The AC does not and has not cooled the house since we moved in.
Leaks from the second floor bathroom to the first floor dining room, it took weeks to get that fixed and they did nothing for the water leaking just patched the portion of ceiling in the dinning room that had collapsed from all the water. The doors have fallen apart many times, I had to nail the doors back together myself because the maintenance persons never showed up. The quiet hours are not enforced, we have people honking horns and blaring loud music or just generally being loud at all hours of the night. Supposedly we have a security guard however I have never seen this person and they definitely aren’t enforcing any rules. There is always garbage every where. The complex has 5 trash receptacles for the whole complex and they are always over flowing. In the summer it smells horribly outside.
In 2020 the complex was offering specials and deals on rent for any tenant who left them a review. Hence the amount of “good” reviews from that time frame. I didn’t leave a review then because I wasn’t going to lie or mislead anyone into thinking this place is great, it is not great, it’s barely subpar. The price is not equal to the value. Lee mas

I have had no issues living here. Paola is the best! She is such a sweet lady and has worked with me on any issues I have addressed. For now this is called home and I am happy to say that!

Good people our ac went out the replaced it within days. The maintenance team are awesome!!

This is by far the worst place I ever lived,and here is my experience. When we first started our contract Paola the manager told us that the apartment would be ready by a certain date which we already had ask for days off at work so we can move by that set date, but she called 2 days before moving saying the apartment wouldn’t be ready when she said it would be she then gave us an option of given us another ready one but it would be a smaller version mind you we already changed our address to... the apartment number she offered us in the first place so we said no we didn’t want another one that was going to be smaller she had plenty of time to get it ready and done we don’t know why she didn’t have on time,so she said she would try to have it ready. The day came and the apartment had been painted the day before and it still smelled like paint and the carpet upstairs was really dirty with red stains and it was gross so we couldn’t move our stuff upstairs until they changed the carpet so for starters that was awful. She did eventually changed the carpet. Also the stove that was in the apartment was old and gross so eventually they changed the stove too. The wall-mounted toilet paper rack wasn’t there in the first floor restroom. so I had to buy one and pay for it with my own cash because they never came to put a new one. Every work order was ignored for example I will post pictures like one drawer came off and they never came and fix it, and in the ceiling fan the string for the air wasn’t there so we could never use it when it was hot in the house. Then the apartment was infested with roaches and rats we told the office about it and said they would do something about it but never did, my Dad had to handle the situation and buy stuff to get rid of the rats. Another incident that happened was the Paola the manager kick me and my family out instead of handling the situation properly she said if you don’t like it than you can leave. That happened because the bathtub we had started to peel off so we told her, she said they were going to send someone to paint it but my Dad told her he would let her know when because that stuff has a strong smell so we can plan to be out of there she agreed to waiting for my dad to tell her but she then took it upon herself to give the order out so people could come and paint when she agreed she would wait, I came from work and to my surprise she and the workers where there and she said we couldn’t use the bathtub for 3 days I told Lee mas
