Do not waste your time with these “luxury” apartments . DO NOT move here . Parking is trash unless you pay $30 for a covered parking spot , so don’t bother having company after 8pm . Can’t keep maintenance men , they constantly switch them out and barely wear uniforms and come in your home with muddy shoes and no booties . No on site police as they said when I first signed my lease . Apartment is overpriced for the quality you receive . It is outdated as hell . Sliding doors on balcony are dirty... and look as if they have never been cleaned . Counters are painted and discolored and peeling , paint job on walls looks as if a 3 year old did it . Appliances are old and outdated . Water fixtures are old , hot water pressure is trash ! I’ve lived here for two years and I’m steady trying to figure out how to get out of my lease . I have had to get my tub “resurfaced “ FIVE times because it always peels and the companies they contract do a bare minimum a** job . Management and corporate will only blame you and not take accountability or offer you no accommodation . A/c went out for two days and the only thing I was offered aka had to ask for , was a lousy refund for a hotel stay that would be credited to my rent . They do not follow up with anything to see if you are satisfied or comfortable with repairs but want rent money on the 1st . They need better training on customer service and handling their tenants with care cause it seems like they just want money . Pool is always dirty or barely cleaned , and random people that don’t even live here are always in there because the entrance gates are always being “repaired” and never closed . They give you wristbands for the pool but no one ever uses them . The only thing that looks good around here is the office . If I could give them -100 stars I would , 1 star is a compliment . Great location, great staff, work orders are done quickly and efficiently. I have nothing but great things to say about living here. If you are looking for your next apartment you will absolutely love it here!

Farnham apartments are nice but they take forever to fix anything ... when it was hot in my apartment I told them and they said nothing was wrong with my air and I told the mgr that my light bill high because the air is trying to catch up and the mgr stated my air doesn't have anything to do with my light bill which clearly it do

I’ve been at farnham park for 3 years now and management has turned over 3 times in the last 4 months and it’s gotten worse with each manager. I pay an astronomical amount of rent for a mediocre apartment which was fine when management was doing their job but the whole complex has gone to Hell in a hand basket. Last month my vehicle was broken into and I had about $600 worth of valuables stolen. I was also informed that the complex has had multiple reportings of stolen property recently. I... repeatedly called the front office to get the security camera footage to the detective on my case. After weeks of asking for the footage and the number to the corporate office, I was told that they didn’t actually have access to the security system because the cameras weren’t working and there was nothing that they could do. I’ve come home to multiple flyers on my door that the office and maintenance would be in my apartment the next day without a 24 hour notice. My dishwasher has been broken for months.
I’ve recently come home to a drunk nonresident asleep by my front door with no security around that was promised in my lease. But the icing on the cake was today when I went to pick up my children and found a giant sticker on my car window that said my vehicle would be towed or booted if I didn’t move my car from being “double parked”. I called the office to find out if they had something to take it off with because I couldn’t even get it off with a knife. She told me to go buy something from Walmart and it wasn’t her problem. When I asked for the corporate number she told me that I needed to call tomorrow and they would see about giving me permission to get the corporate number. Telling me that they won’t give it out because they don’t want anyone calling corporate. I will be moving out as soon as I possibly can and will be making sure that everyone I know stays away from this place. Lee mas

Everywhere you find something broken. Door locks,A/C not working and bathroom ?? bowl small and asked them to change it they are asking me to pay $150. I don’t know what to say. We can’t cancel our agreement so we have to stay here for 1 year. So plz come and see first then agree then pay.
