Hidden Fees, Foundation Problems, Cockroaches

Too many things to list. I've encountered nothing but issues with this place since I moved in a year ago. To start: The foundation is so bad there are cracks along the walls. The bedroom door barely closes due to the foundation shift as well. And the front door got jammed due to the same issue. When I asked them to fix it, they broke the trim around the door. This causes cold air and bugs to get in. They charge you twice for trash, and twice for water. They also starting charging for visitor... parking without notice - and there's PLENTY of parking available. If you don't register for parking, you're towed. The walls are incredibly thin and I can hear all the neighbors around me. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Not worth the price AT ALL.

Honest review

The new management company has come in with new rules, new fees, and no sense of welcoming the community. You will be charged to have your trash picked up at your door, charged to have the main trash can driven off site, charged for visitors to park, charged for amenities(dog park, gym, pool, children’s park) even though there is nothing new to them, or an update to them (just painted over). Definitely overpriced for an older apartment complex, that isn’t updated, has foundation issues, and... cheap finishes.

You can find better!

Older apartment complex, with foundation issues, drywall cracks throughout the apartment. You can hear your neighbors next door through the walls, limited parking spots, they charge you for a reserved parking spot. They also charge $3.50 for your visitors to park when they visit you. You pay them to use the pool, the gym, the park, the laundry facility. They have not resolved the stray cats problem, even with new management. Their priorities are taking all your money and not that you live... happily in the apartment complex.

I like the new changes!

Favorite thing about new management parking changes! I was so sick of coming home and not finding parking near my apartment. Ever since new management changed to resident stickers I find a spot almost every night! Manager has never been rude or disrespectful to me. So far I love the changes! I’ve been here 2 years and honestly the only thing I dislike is the valet services!
