Granary Flats

Very spacious. The floor plan square footage actually seems bigger in person. Good price.

We have been living in Granary Flats for a year now. We never felt threatened or feared for our safety.

I have had a horrible experience as a resident at Granary Flats ever since Greystar took over. The management is unresponsive, rude and defensive. They do not address issues in the community such as the gates always being broken, parking spots not being available due to not monitoring guest parking. I would not recommend living here to anyone.

I would not recommend living here. While the complex itself is beautiful and the apartments are nice, the management has made living here incredibly frustrating. Since Greystar took over, the quality of management has gone downhill.

Management is dismissive, slow to respond, and often rude. Anytime I’ve called or emailed with a concern, I’ve been met with defensiveness instead of solutions, and attempts to shift blame back onto me rather than take accountability. Customer service is clearly not... a priority, and there’s little effort to make things right when issues arise.

Parking has become a constant headache — residents struggle to find spaces while guest vehicles fill the lots, even though we’re required to register guests. When I raised this issue, the “solution” I was given was to pay extra for a reserved space. It’s unacceptable to feel like I’m not guaranteed basic parking at the place I pay rent to live.

This used to be a great place to live before Greystar took over. Now, I can’t wait to move out and I want to warn others considering this community: the apartments may be nice, but the management makes the experience miserable. Lee mas
