Lack of Complex Manager good practices :(
Manager of the site is ver unrespectful and way too far to provide the minimum service required for maintenance request.
She said my urgency is not her urgency on resolving my maintenance request, always put excuses up front even told my wife she should not even step in the complex as she is not in the contract even Manager / Office employees know who she is.
Maintenace directed by the Manager close my requests without taking any action.
Place is peace and good to live but when the Maintenance... issues are reported, the way the site Manager handle them is not customer oriented totally poor service.

I understand our team previously addressed this concern as any maintenance requests or communication regarding your home and lease... needs to be through lease holders, and they felt it was resolved since your wife was added to the lease and maintenance requests have been completed.
