Love my place, the office staff is always so pleasant! Maintenance is great and the property is so hidden and quiet. I’m happy!

I signed at 12 month lease at these apartments. I only made it 3 months into my lease. On average I was killing 4 to 5 roaches a day. I complained to management multiple times a week and all got was well tell pest control. I have always been a really clean person and never leave food out or anything of that nature. The reach problem was getting out of control. The final straw was when I woke up and there was a roach crawling on my bed. These were the smaller disgusting roaches not the larger... outdoor ones. I had to pay my way out of my lease. The management was always very nice but just didn't seem to care. I've lived at another complex with NO issues.

I am sorry to hear that you experienced a roach issue during your short term living with us at Bayou Bend Apartments. I am not sure of the time frame you lived at our property; I would like to let you know that Bayou Bend is under new management. ... We strive to provide excellent service to our residents at all times, it is our goal to insure that our resident’s needs are met and are satisfied. Bayou Bend does provide Orkin pest control service on a weekly basis upon request and also perform an annual rotation of service to prevent any issues. We do apologize for any inconvenience that you experienced and would like to extend our invitation to you in the future to come back and receive our excellent service.

If you are OK with a more simple country style of living, then maybe this place is for you. I have lived here 4 plus years now and have had no trouble with crime or unscrupulous people as the Rosenberg police respond well and quickly. There is assigned parking here which is very rare to find these days. Although nothing is perfect, the surrounding neighborhood is nice with well kept houses, beautiful trees and the small town feel. The downside is that it is an older complex built in the 1980s... and will have higher energy costs. It is under new management with Jeanie and Erica whom have done their best to resolve my maintenance request needs.

Great looking property and apartments. I've stayed in a few different plans around the complex, and they were all beyond my expectations. I never want to move!
