It's a nice community but management do not reinforce their rules. Residents don't pick their pets poop which is all over the place and around the pond. Also, people leave their trash outside their door all day not following the pick up schedule.

I recently moved into Stillwell at Avery Centre, and I love it here! It’s like having your own house, but with all the perks of apartment living—no HOA hassles! From renting a house before I can already tell how much easier it will be living here. The place is brand new, beautifully designed, and the staff is amazing. They’re super friendly and always on top of things.

I just moved in and I’m so excited to be a part of this community! The property is well maintained and I can tell that this will be a great place to live.

Not only is Blake and Giovanni amazing office staff, but the community and the staff are so welcoming. It's beautiful and a great homely feel not only inside the home but in the property grounds.
