Dissatisfied
It’s the little things, made a list of issues in apt, nobody has ever addressed them. Gates are a joke, hardly ever work. My gate window sensor has never opened the gates, told them about it several times. Came home from a long business trip, gates didn’t work, had to park on the other side of the complex carrying two bags, get to courtyard door and the lock doesn’t work. I had to walk back to office are to access the interior. And now they give me a new gate sensor, and tell me it’s 65.00 if I... lose it, even though mine has never worked !! Very disappointed in this place….
