Do not live here. I moved in with no notice of all the things they were working on and would impact the entire complex. From day one, they would turn the water off for anywhere between 2 and 8 hours. Maintenance requests would be submitted with no response for sometimes a week. When brought the their attention, it would be marked completed that same day even though no one came and nothing was fixed. Pipe busted in the apartment and it took a week for them to respond to me. Once they responded,... they said they were sorry and we’ll waive the apartment moving fee as though this would be helpful. I didn’t want to move apartments, I had no choice. All of my things were ruined because I could not get the help I needed to move things out and they did not shut the pipe off for 2 weeks. They again said they were sorry but the insurance I pay for through them would cover items lost. They stated they would be flexible with the payments over the next two months so I can recoup items for the apt but have been the most difficult for an apartment that is barely livable. Also, their insurance does not cover busted water pipes. Which according to other tenets and their office manager happens frequently. Which means they could’ve let us know at that time we would’ve out of luck there. Please find somewhere else before you’re trapped or breaking a lease for a better livable environment.
