Canlen West Apartments

The apartments are rat infested. I have complained to the city and even after they were threatened with fines they have not even tried to help. The apartment floods every time it rains. The A/C and Dishwasher have never worked. The manager Vera always promises they will fix but after 6 months they never have. DO NOT RENT HERE.... WOULD BE BETTER TO BE HOMELESS. THIS IS THE WORST COMPLEX I HAVE EVER LIVED IN.

These apartments are the worst I've ever lived in, when we moved in my boys and wife, we didn't get to look at the apartment first " it wasn't ready". So all we saw was the floor plans, there was/is so many problems. We can never get maintenance to fix anything, it takes up to 5 calls and 3 months for some one to finally come. We been here 6 months and our ac is still dripping. There was mold on the ceiling in the RR I had to clean it. All they want here is money, not helping us. There are too... many problems to list, but we're stuck here cause its all we can afford and our lease agreement. Dont live here unless you like living in run down apartments. Lee mas
