They were great until I moved out
I consistently had an issue with my bill. It was about $15-$20 max every month for my water and sewer together. Every month they would refund the difference, but I would have to remind them MULTIPLE times. I mean going in every single day all week to get it fixed. When I moved out I had a bill from Conservice (water and sewer) for $176. I called before the bill was finalized. Vanessa (who I would always work with) told me “let’s wait until the bill is finalized” which is what she says every... single month. Well the final bill came, and she did not fix it. So I’m out an extra $150, which is over half the deposit because of an INCORRECT WATER FEE I had consistently for about half the year I was there that they are aware. The lady below me had constant water leaks, so much so that maintenance rushed inside one evening to make sure my washer or dishwasher wasn’t leaking everywhere. They weren’t even running. So there has to be a leak inside building seven somewhere and they’re making us tenants pay hundreds of extra dollars for the wasted water. I was going to give this place five stars but you don’t mess with peoples money.
