Dwell at Legacy

I love it here. I’ve lived here a little over a year. Maintenance can be really *on it* for some things… but other things, not so much. It helps to know the people working in the office if it is a glaring issue but even then understand it gets busy and things still might slip through the cracks because people are human. I keep a very clean place so don’t have any pest issues, I also live on the top floor. Utility bill is decent, water bill is fair. Great apartments.

The maintenance and office staff are super friendly and helpful. My first apartment experience was great, and I would definitely recommend this place to others!

I have lived at Dwell for about a month. The amenities are numerous. I enjoy the fact that the property has easy access to both Hwy 281 and Loop 1604.

I absolutely love it here. I had a lot of worry when I first moved here since I’m from the northwest and there’s a lot of different things here that I’m not used to for example roaches, my brothers apartment had that issue for a while and when I was finding one here, I was really worried. But this apartment complex has been amazing. I haven’t had a single bug issue. I had a maintenance request. It was fixed the next day. They are always super nice at the office. We’ve been here since July! We love the unit and the property! All maintenance request are addressed in a timely manner! Staff super friendly with easy communication!
