Do not move here
We lived at The Falls for about a year and a half, and from the day we moved in, it was nothing but problems.
Filthy and unusable amenities: The laundry area is dirty and unusable. The pool is always filthy (I never once got to swim in it), and the gym is a joke—most of the machines are broken.
Parking nightmares: Guest parking is extremely limited. My sister visited for one day, couldn’t find a guest spot, and ended up getting towed.
Lack of upkeep: Many residents don’t clean up after their... pets, leaving dog waste everywhere. When we moved in, our unit had paint all over the floors—which I had to clean myself.
Pest control failure: We were charged for pest control, but it clearly wasn’t done. We had roaches until I started doing my own treatments, despite keeping our home spotless.
Trash service scam: Valet trash pickup is mandatory and billed to residents, but the collector often canceled or didn’t show up. I took out my own trash most of the time—while still paying for the service.
Broken gates: The gates are constantly “being worked on.” They get fixed, only to break down again a few weeks later.
Move-out nightmare: We moved out in May 2025 and are still fighting to get our deposit back. Management told us in June that it had been mailed and would take 6–8 weeks to arrive. Now it’s August, and they’re saying it hasn’t even been approved yet.
Bottom line: This place is poorly managed, the amenities are unusable, the services you pay for are unreliable, and even moving out turns into a hassle. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Could you please contact us and verify your last name and apartment number? We only show one Travis in our system that moved out on 01/01/2025 into a home. If you were not on the lease contract, please have the leaseholder contact us so we may... research the work order history and final account statement. We apologize that you did not have a great experience living here and we are in close contact with all of our vendors to resolve any issues that arise. As for the towing we do have guest passes for all of our visitors that must be visible during the visit to avoid towing. We look forward to hearing from you to rectify any issues you have mentioned above.
