Very Upset
I got a call at 10:10 am from Jeanette stating there was an apartment available and I was next on list. I missed call but called back immediately and got voice mail. I then 30 min later went to the office. Teresa(manager) was there and explained what I need. I went to get, got back and Teresa was not there but I gave money order to Jeanette. She gave me paperwork. I brought back paperwork at 4ish. When I walked in they said someone came in before me!!!! Why is there a wait list. Jeanette... told me they call 10 people and it is first come, first get. That is ridiculous. People work. It took me 10 min to go over there from original phone call and I did not know this was a rat race. Horrible procedures. I will take this to upper management. Ridiculous!

The property did have two available units to lease at that time. Per our... policy and procedure; the property called the next five applicants on the waiting list by phone; in this case, the property called ten applicants since we had two available units.
Per our policy; the first person who comes into the office to complete the application and tenders the application fee will secure the unit. We encourage you to stay in contact with the leasing office to check your status on the waiting list.
