Love this place

It's nice but there are roaches.

Not going to sugar coat it. The area and apartments are beautiful but the sad thing is there are roaches. I feel like they really need to fumigate the whole apartment complex since it's pretty much an infestation. They charge you for pest control but you have to sign up for it weekly. In my opinion if they are charging for pest control it should definitely be done weekly without having to sign up for it all the time. This has honestly only been my main problem with the apartment. Since day 1... roaches everywhere and that's because I keep my place clean.been here for 6 months now and still have roaches.
